COMMISSIONS: OPEN

By commissioning and/or adopting from me, you agree to these terms of service.

I. IMAGE RIGHTS AND RULES

I.I. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

I.II. All commissioned artwork and/or purchased character designs are for noncommercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or twitch channels is prohibited unless you have paid a commercial-use fee.

I.III. The client has my permission to repost the artwork where they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Instagram preferred) and my signature remains intact and unaltered.

a. The artist may post the finished artwork.

I.IV. Do not alter my artwork in any way without asking permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping the image for an icon or other use.

I.V. If the terms have been violated and broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning and buying in the future.

II. PAYMENT

II.I. I accept payment in USD only. I accept payment via Paypal invoices.

II.II. All payments must be paid up-front before I will begin work. I do accept payment plans for commissions. Payment is due within 24-hours of the invoice being sent unless otherwise discussed; non-payment will result in the commission being canceled.

II.III. Refund Policy.
a. The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.

b. If the client or I cancel the commission before work has started, the client will receive a full refund.

c. Refunds will not be given back once I have started the commission.
